I have a hunch...

....that every organization, group, or club, no matter how hard it tries, has principles that are AT THEIR FOUNDATION based on an initial opinion on religious things. This I think is true because every principle can basically be boiled down to "We think this is wrong/right." Then to back up what they think is wrong and right, they will then turn to why they think something IS wrong or right for reasons that are not excluded to:

- I was raised this way
-Jesus believed this
-Mohammed believed this
-Everyone likes it this way
etc. etc. etc... The list could go on all day.

In the end, at the very root, everyone who is faced with the question, " What is the ultimate source of morality?" "Who or what determines right and wrong?" This question begs one to reveal his thoughts on spirituality. If one thinks "I do what I personally think is right for me," this is because their thoughts are that there may be no ultimate right and wrong giver. This is an opinion on religion and it is I believe in most cases at the very heart, the beginning of every company's starting line, and is often considered one of the absolute first steps in growing a company and working with others. Whether it is the CEO that rules like a dictator, a group of employees that voice in a democracy, or a written word from a supernatural authority; it all boils down to "Where does right and wrong come from?"
